Nutrition and Food
You will receive a baseline food program created with the healthy foods that you choose, based on your goals. This 8 week food plan will be modified on a weekly basis, to fast track your results. Includes daily macros so you can track your food, and recipes from Gemma – Daley Fuel nutritionist.
